Warranty Policy

Stefsotra offers a warranty on all products sold to customers. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered during the warranty period, the customer may return the product to Stefsotra for repair or replacement. Stefsotra will determine if the defect is covered by the warranty and, if so, will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.

This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Stefsotra is not responsible for any damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the product.

To make a claim under this warranty, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact Stefsotra customer service to receive instructions on how to return the product.

This warranty is the only warranty offered by Stefsotra and replaces all other warranties, whether written or implied. Stefsotra shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Stefsotra reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time without notice.
